Rosemary Olive Oil
If there's one thing we enjoy about our herb garden it's running our hand along the stalks of rosemary. If there is something we love about rosemary it's using it in soups, stews, on lamb or beef.
Rosemary olive oil is fabulous on salads (fabulous with, btw) or drizzled on potatoes after roasting them. Some other ideas are:
- drizzle over fresh baked focaccia with a dusting of sea salt
- a few dashes on your salad with some Maple balsamic
- a few shakes over pasta with some grated Parmesan
- toss with roasted veggies
