Basil Olive Oil
We spent many months looking for the olive oil companions to our balsamic vinegars. We didn't want to copy the franchise shops with oils made with artificial extracts. So we searched for a source of great olive oil made like we make our balsamic infusions...real ingredients.
This basil oil from a small California mill smells exactly like the basil we grow in the gardens here at Clean Slate Farm. Why? Because the basil is crushed along with the olives to impart the sweet, slightly minty fragrance right into the oil.
You'll be forgiven for wanting to put it on everything in sight. However, it's best used as a finishing oil for your salads, drizzled on hot pasta, or over a caprese salad of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and smattering of our Garlic Balsamic Vinegar.

SHIPPING INFO
Orders are shipped by USPS. Expected shipping is 3-5 business days from the time the order is processed. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receipt. US holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
